OUCH!!

My thigh muscles are aching like anything after last 2 nights' of practice. When I stand up to walk, I feel the pain. When I sit down, I also feel the pain. When I squat down, it's even worse. And when I was lying down to sleep last night, I had to do it slowly to avoid feeling the pain. This is the consequence of irregular exercise. Had better do some stretching everyday now to keep up the momentum.
