LEAVING...

Caseload has been increasing these days. Every other day, there seems to be 2-3 new cases or transferred cases being assigned to me. I've just taken a look at all my case files and counted them one by one. 30!! Didn't realise I had that many... And I haven't taken into consideration new clients whom I have yet to contact.

Reason for caseload increase? Khee Ling is leaving... and so is Hazel... feel kind of sad to see them go... their last day here will be somewhere in May. Both of them have been here for about 3 years, so guess it's time for them to have a change of environment and embrace something new. They will still be in social work field, just that they will have a very different scope of work. Will really miss them...

Laura is my new supervisor. She's supervising me and Audrey. The rest of the caseworkers will be under our Director's supervision.

Next Tuesday we are going to have staff meeting. Right after that, will be our month;ly staff lunch. We have named it Health Promotion Lunch because lunch items for that day will be kept super healthy. And it's going to be a pot blessing. Wonder what sort of food is healthy enough to bring?
