BLOGGING AT HOME
Tonight is the second time that I am successfully logged on to the net and blogging from home. I actually tried coming online this morning but the internet connection did not go through again. Seems as if night time is a more 'conducive' time for the comp... hmm...
I went for service today with Stefany, Alice and Mong Chin. Was really glad that Stefany could come because I had been trying to arrange with her to meet up the last 2 Sundays for service yet each time, something cropped up and she could not make it. So I was very happy that she agreed to attend the Sat 5pm service when I asked her on Wednesday night this week. We had lunch at Expo BK and she treated me to Mushroom Swiss Double Meal. Felt so blessed... God is really good.
Today Pastor Tan also asked those who were going for Taiwan Emerge to come up to the stage to be prayed for before we are sent out. I went up and tomorrow, since I'm attending service again, I can go up and receive prayer a second time. Like what a dear sister said, can receive double the anointing, haha... :)
I haven't gone to exchange my currency yet. Need to do up a little sewing on the costume too. Have already threaded the laces onto my white-based sports shoes last night and also got ready hair pins and elastic black rubber band for the POS performance. To be more accurate, it should be POC (Parade of Cities).
Then, I collected my air ticket from Expo Recep Counter earlier, and had our very last practice tonight on stage in Hall 8.
This coming Wednesday I'll be flying off... so fast... to think that the practice sessions began only about 3 weeks back. Will really need lots of prayers... especially since I haven't been on airplane for the last 8 years, really pray that I don't experience ear-ache or sharp pain in my ears throughout the entire flight. I used to have this problem when I was a kid... had ear-ache on board the plane when I flew to Malaysia or Penang. That's why I am a little cautious when it comes to taking airplane. But I believe God will protect me and keep me safe and make it a good journey for me to and fro.
One thing I want to thank God for is that I don't have to worry about cell group venue while I am away in Taiwan. That's because there would be no cell group meetings next week! Everything falls into place so timely. Thank God for that, hee...
Got to rest for the night now because I have to be up at 5.30am in a few hours' time.
