ACCIDENT

Last Wednesday, my brother was involved in an accident. He was driving along the expressway when he got caught in a jam. Since the flow of traffic was slow, cars would have to stop everynow and then and move only when the vehicles start moving. So there my brother was in his car, stationery because the traffic wasn't moving. All of a sudden, there came the screeching sound of tires and then a loud 'bang'! Another driver had rammed into the back of my brother's car!

I was very shocked when my brother messaged me about the accident. He didn't tell me much then but said the driver could not stop in time. And I thought, how could the driver be so reckless?! What's more, in a traffic jam!

Because of this, my brother went on 1 week MC. He actually went to see a GP, who then advised him to go for a medical check-up at a hospital. He was in a deep state of shock, so my sis-in-law fetched him to hospital. Thank God he didn't suffer from any injuries, though he said he felt quite dizzy. This incident has also caused me to be more cautious on the road now, and also to pray more for my family's safety.
