High Tea Buffet

This afternoon, my brother brought me to Cafe Vienna in 'Royal Plaza On Scotts' Hotel for its international high tea buffet. He made reservations for 4 actually but my parents didn't wish to eat heaty food and told the both of us to go ahead. So it became a day out with my brother alone.
