7TH DAY OF CHINESE NEW YEAR
My brother bought lots of food for our family dinner tonight. Firstly, there's chicken and mutton satay!
Fried rice too!
Delicious Hokkien Mee from Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 market. The sambal chili is extraordinarily hot!!
Okonomiyaki! My mum's specialty for the night :)
Besides these, my mum fried a large plate of vegetables with gigantic button mushrooms. One of my aunts also brought canned longan and peaches over to make cocktail dessert. And everyone helped themselves to the cans of Coke and packets of Chrysanthemum tea in my house. Food was in abundance until there was much leftover, so my mum packed the okonomiyaki into plastic bags for the uncles and aunties to bring home. They all left around 10 plus as all of them had service the next day. Me too... gonna sleep after posting this.
