Blogging Time Again...
Tonight after service, I took the shuttle bus back with Nan Yen and Whai Lin. It has been ages since I last took the bus on a Friday night as my brother usually gives me a lift home. But he had something on just now so he couldn't fetch me. I didn't mind though... was glad that I could go home together with the gals cos it isn't often that we have such times together, apart from seeing each other weekly at church and in my house.
When I reached home, my parents were still not back from their cell group meeting. The house was in total pitch darkness. I cautiously opened the 2nd (inner) door of my house, hoping that no lizard would drop down or leap out at me suddenly... haa... guess I let my thoughts run wild in such a time like this. Thank God that nothing of this sort happened, so I was relieved.
I walked into the kitchen, opened the cabinet and started selecting the flavour of instant noodles that I wanted to cook. Yep, I was really, really hungry because my lunch earlier in the day wasn't that heavy, and I ate only bread at 6 plus before service. Finally I found what I was looking for: Korean Seafood Ramen! By FairPrice :) Then, as I was walking out of the kitchen, I spotted a tiny baby lizard on the floor! As soon as I saw it (or rather it saw me), it slid away rather quickly and disappeared from my sight. Gave me a scare actually... reminded me of the large one that had appeared in my room the night before, which resulted in me sleeping in the room where my PC was instead of my own room.
Too sleepy to continue any longer, so I'll just end off here... so glad the weekend is here! :)
