IT'S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL

Just reached home about an hour ago. Will be having dinner on my own at home tonight because my parents have a wedding dinner to attend. Told my dad that I will be buying a packet of rice home or settle it in one way or another (when I say that usually instant noodles is likely to be the solution). But to my mum, eating a healthy and balanced meal at a fixed and regular timing is very important. In the end, my parents prepared dinner for me! My mum had messaged me earlier that she had cooked rice and steamed Toman fillet whereas my dad had made vegetable soup with a few pieces of liver to go along with. Thank God for them :)

The wedding dinner that my parents are attending tonight will have a combination of guests from Revival Centre Church and City Harvest Church. That is because the bride and groom are from CHC and the groom's parents & my parents are fellow cg mates! What's more, the groom's mother and my mum are kakis! In case some of you may be wondering, the groom is none other than Bro Edwin Chen, one of our church musicians and who was also my basic guitar course instructor for Lesson 1 last time. What a small world! Bro Edwin's mum was telling my mum to bring me along to the dinner too but guess I'll just stay at home bah hee...

Gonna eat the food that's been prepared and watch Da Chang Jin at the same time!! :)
