MY THEORY TRIAL TEST

I passed my theory trial test yesterday on my first try! So happy so happy so happy! Couldn't contain my joy so I sms-ed 5 people at one go to tell them about the good news!

Passing this test meant that I could then go ahead to book for my actual basic theory test (which is a new requirement that takes effect from this month onwards).

Anyway, in preparation for this trial test, I attended theory lessons at the SSDC where they had 2 different driving instructors to go through the theoretical content with us. They were really very good and helpful, giving us tips on what will very often by tested and advised is to sign up for as many theory practice sessions as possible, just like having to do lots of 10-year series questions to familiarise oneself with the actual test.

By yesterday morning, I was a bit unsure whether I was fully prepared, because I only managed to study halfway through the handbook. So I was (sheepishly) trying to steal time during office hours to peek into my handbook and run through the rest of the content. But thankfully, by God's grace, I managed to study almost up to 90% just half an hour before the test. And I scored 48 out of 50! :) Meiling says I am meant to drive her around in future and my brother says I am destined for greater things, haha...

Will study even harder for the actual!
